How do the roles differ?
Owner: everything. Admin: everything except billing. Lawyer: their cases + shared. Staff: data entry only, no invoices. Custom granularity available.
How complete is the audit log?
Every change to a case, client, or invoice is logged (who, when, what changed). Filter by user or by case.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
