The agreement between you and Lexa AI when you use the platform.

1. Acceptance
By using Lexa AI or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of the service
Lexa AI is a cloud operating system for law firms providing tools for cases, hearings, invoicing, and clients, with integrations to approved government systems. The service does not replace specialist legal advice or a lawyer's responsibility to their client.
3. Account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your account secure.
- Do not upload illegal content or anything that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to compromise the platform or use it in ways that harm its performance or other users' security.
- You confirm you have the legal authority to process your clients' data on the platform.
4. Plans and billing
We offer a free plan with stated usage limits and paid plans (Pro / Firms / Enterprise) billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of the data you upload (cases, clients, documents, invoices). You can export your data at any time. The license you grant us is limited to operating the service.
6. AI features
The platform includes AI-powered features (summarization, extraction, analysis). These are assistive tools — the lawyer remains solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it for legal work.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our cumulative liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
8. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend an account immediately on suspected serious violation of these terms, with notice to your registered email.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with disputes referred to the competent courts of Cairo unless otherwise agreed in writing.
